These socks do fail eventually if you crash the nozzle. Having a correct-shape spare in the drawer is cheaper than a heater block full of carbon fibre. Proevove mould matches the P-series block.

Heat creep on long ASA jobs
X1C in the enclosure was slowly cooking the heat break on 8 hour ASA prints. New sock plus a little extra part cooling and the jams stopped. Block stays shielded from the chamber heat a bit better.

A bit loose on the P1P block
It stays on, but compared to the original Bambu sock this one has a little play around the rectangular body. I can rotate it a few degrees if I poke it. Still protects from drips. Would prefer a snugger mould.

Hole at the bottom is the right size. Nozzle pokes through, sock doesn't ride down.

If your P1S sock is torn at the nozzle hole, just get this. Don't overthink. Proevove shape is the P1 one.

U-cut clears the cartridge wires
U-cut at the top leaves clearance for the heater cartridge wires. Nice.
