About A1 / A1 Mini Heating Assembly
Replacement ceramic heater and thermistor module for Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini hotend assemblies. Direct-fit Proevove spare part for restoring reliable temperature control.
Proevove hotend heating assembly for Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini — combines the ceramic heater cartridge and thermistor in a single drop-in module for quick hotend repair.
A1 / A1 Mini Heating Assembly is a drop-in hotend or heating part for the printers listed below. Hardened steel lasts longer on carbon fibre, glow, and other abrasive filaments than a brass nozzle.
Match the nozzle diameter to the job: 0.4 mm for everyday PLA and PETG, 0.6 mm or 0.8 mm for faster walls and fibre-filled spools, 0.2 mm for fine detail. Swap the assembly with the printer cool and the filament unloaded.
If this listing is out of stock, keep using a healthy stock hotend and check back. Silicone socks and a clean nozzle wiper still protect the block you have.
How to fit A1 / A1 Mini Heating Assembly: unload filament, let the hotend cool, then swap the assembly following your printer’s manual. Snug the screws; do not over-torque into aluminium. Run a test line before a long print.

Works, wires are skinny
Temperature is accurate again after a heater fault. I am at 3 because the white leads feel too thin when you bend them around the toolhead, and one heat-shrink end looked half-shrunk. Function is fine, finish of the loom is the nit.
I. Baruah
Keyed the right way
Connector keyed the right way. I could not force it in backwards, which is what you want at 1am when the A1 is beeping heater disconnected. White wires, black shrink, click.
Vivaan
Thermal runaway on a long PLA job. New heater-thermistor, same job completed. That is a 5. I did not change filament, slicer, or anything else — only this module.
Urvi Gaikwad
Readings are back and the Mini holds 220 like nothing happened. I still side-eye those skinny white leads near the moving bundle. Maybe I am fussy. Printing has been uneventful for two weeks, which is the actual test.
Nisha Chatterjee
Temps restored. One wire looked a hair shorter so routing was tight on the Mini. Still reached the plug. No more runaway. I am leaving it at 4 for that routing squeeze.
S. Gaikwad
It restored heat after a disconnected-heater error, so the electronics work. Stars off because the white wires feel fragile and the three screws are so small I dropped one under the table. Also no paper install slip — I used a video. Fine spare, fussy packaging of the loom. Temps came back, I just wish the wires felt less skinny while I was routing them. Function is a pass, loom finish is the 3.
Suman
Fixed the Mini. Connector was a bit stiff the first time I seated it. After a wiggle it locked. Temps hold. I would rather stiff than a loose plug that throws disconnected heater again.
Varun Naik
Copper/brass contact on the metal housing looks proper, not a painted dummy. Three black screws were actually in the bag, I counted before I started so I would not hunt later. Housing sat flush on the existing head.
Sanjana Mishra
Ten minutes if you have opened an A1 head once.
Bharat Chavan
Proevove heating assembly saved a weekend. Connector clicked, screws went in, first heat to 220 was clean. I watched the graph for ten minutes like a hawk and it stayed flat. After that I let the A1 finish a PLA clip I had abandoned.
Namrata Prabhu
Mini needed a heater-sensor spare, not another complete head. White leads, black shrink, screws in the bag. Clicked in, first heat to 220 stayed flat.
Sandeep Ghosh
Direct-fit spare. Existing hotend stayed, only the heater-thermistor brick changed. That was the point of buying a module instead of a whole head. Proevove labelled it as a heating assembly and that is exactly what arrived — no extra nozzle in the bag.
Ramesh
Pre-wired module. No iron.
Harsh Mahapatra
Works. Loom is the only place it feels cheaper than OEM. After install I forgot it was a spare and the Mini just printed.
Leena Jadhav
Compact 9x5x3, 30 grams. Arrived as a small brick, installed as a small brick. No surprises in the bag except those three tiny screws.
Trisha
Tiny packet, big relief.
Kiran Chauhan
Proevove module clicked into the same socket. I did not trim, tin, or tape anything. Pre-wired is not marketing on this one.
