About Thermal Paste 6g
High-performance thermal paste for 3D printer hotend assemblies. 6g syringe applicator for clean, controlled application between the heater cartridge, thermistor, and heater block.
Proevove 6g thermal paste formulated for 3D printer hotend assemblies — improves heat transfer between the heater cartridge, thermistor, and aluminium heater block.
Thermal Paste 6g is a thin compound for the heater cartridge, thermistor, and aluminium block — not bed adhesive and not axis grease. A rice-grain smear improves heat transfer so the printer reads temperature more steadily.
Power off, let the hotend cool, then apply a small amount and reassemble. Too much paste squeezes out and makes a mess. Reapply when you rebuild a hotend or swap a heater.
How to use Thermal Paste 6g: power off, cool the hotend, smear a rice-grain of paste on the cartridge or thermistor seat, and reassemble. Wipe squeeze-out. Do not use it on the build plate or on lead screws.
What Thermal Paste 6g is for: 6g syringe applicator for clean, controlled application on heater cartridges and thermistors. Quantity is too much for a single hobby machine and the first sachet squirted more than I needed onto the heater wires. Spent time cleaning grey paste off the loom. Compound works once it is only on the block, temps settled, I just made a mess getting there. A syringe would have been easier to dose than tearing a packet over a tiny screw and a loom. Next time I will open the sachet over a tissue. Temps are fine now that the loom is clean again.
Isha
Sachet tore cleanly enough.

Leftover went on a mini PC lid
Had leftover and dabbed a bit on a mini PC NUC-style lid months later. Fine. Main use was still the 3D printer block, which is why I bought it.
Geeta Nair
Specs said syringe and 300°C stable. Used a small amount between the heater cartridge and the aluminium block. No more heater-not-heating panic after I had opened the hotend for a clog.
George Bose
Grey grease, hotend use.
Arjun Chauhan
Bambu A1 heater block job. Thin film on the cartridge, thin film on the thermistor pocket. PID looks less noisy than before I stripped the stock compound.
Akash Pa.
H2D heater assembly is tight. I still managed a thin film. Temperature hold during a long nylon-adjacent drybox print was steadier.
Saurabh Sandhu
Note on the bag now: hotend only, do not slather the heat break. Used it correctly, no heat creep change, just better heater contact.
Dhruv D'Souza
Compatible with the usual FDM list in my shop: Bambu, Creality, a lonely Anycubic. Same process every time. A little more paste came out than I needed on the second machine.
Joseph Iyengar
Aluminium block, cartridge, thermistor — three contact faces, three tiny smears. Done in ten minutes.
Hema Reddy
Thermal runaway scares I had after a DIY heater swap have not come back. Contact was the missing piece.
Varun Mukherjee
Proevove 6g for hotends, not a 30g PC tub. That smaller size is why I clicked buy.
Joseph Gaikwad
Printer would climb to 180 then crawl. Cartridge was loose and sitting in a dry pocket. After seating it with this thermal paste the curve is a straight climb and the block feels even instead of one-sided hot. Should have done this months ago instead of chasing firmware. Thin film, tighten the clamp, watch the graph. That was the whole fix after weeks of chasing settings. Dry air gaps were the whole problem. Firmware was never going to fill an air gap in the block.
Asha R.
Prusa-style block, same story. Thin grey film, tighten, done. No desktop PC use here, just the hotend. Wish the paste were a bit easier to place in the tiny thermistor hole.
Yamini Mishra
Recieved sachets, applied with a plastic card scrap. For a 6g Proevove hotend pack at roughly 399 I am not complaining. Block sits at target without the old hunt.
Anil Shah
Creality ceramic heater sat with dry air gaps. This Proevove paste filled them. Heat-up from cold is quicker.
Vikram Pereira
Listing is clearly for 3D printer hotends, which is why I did not buy a random 30g tub. Right size, right use. Proevove 6g matches that job.
Karthik More
Cold start is faster now. Nozzle ready sooner, fewer early-layer temp waits.
Shankar Brar
Contact was the real fault.
Advait Sandhu
It improved heat transfer and I trust it at print temps. First try I buttered the block like a sandwich and had to wipe a lot. Instruction to use a thin film should be louder.
Ankit Arora
Heat transfer is clearly better — nozzle reaches set point faster and holds it. The paste is the usual grey thermal grease, so it smears if you overdo the bead. I needed IPA and a cotton bud after.
Sachin Pereira
Elegoo hotend reassembly after a broken thermistor. Paste made the new sensor hug the block. First PETG print held 250 without the old oscillation. Proevove 6g was enough for that job and a second machine later the same week.
